Welcome to Noro! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noro mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Noro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Noro is a productivity and planning app designed to help you organize your life. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Noro (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Noro. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services.

3. Your Account

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app settings, in compliance with Apple’s account deletion policy. If you need assistance, you may also email [email protected].

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Model

Some parts of Noro require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated).

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings (Apple, Google Play, or Stripe). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform you used to purchase your subscription (Apple, Google Play, or Stripe). We do not issue refunds directly except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Noro for any illegal or harmful activity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Services
  • Upload content that is offensive, harassing, or violates the rights of others
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Noro are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding, logos, or other intellectual property without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your subscription lapses and remains unpaid
  • We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use Noro will immediately end.

8. Disclaimers

Noro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for your subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noro, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Noro after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
