We’re Noro, a productivity and planning app that helps you organize your life. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We work with trusted third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms, cloud services) to deliver and improve Noro. When we share data with them, we require they protect it in compliance with the law.

We only collect what’s needed to provide and improve Noro:

  • Payment data (processed securely by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe – we do not store your full payment details)
  • Tasks, notes, reminders, and any user-generated content

  • Usage data (feature usage, session duration, etc.)
  • Crash/diagnostic data (used to fix issues; not personally identifiable)

Noro is not intended for children under 13. If a child uses Noro, their account must be created and supervised by a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without consent. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it immediately.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • We retain your data as long as you have an active account
  • After account deletion or subscription cancellation, we keep data for up to two years, unless we’re required by law to keep it longer. After this period, data is permanently deleted
